Profile

Shoutmon is loud, rowdy, passionate, very quick to anger, and highly impulsive. He loves a good brawl, and has described himself as the type to "go straight for the strongest enemy". He genuinely cares deeply about both his friends and the Digital World as a whole, and his desire to do anything to protect them all is what motivates him to become the Digimon King and ensure a just and safe world for them to live in. However, his virtues can be hard to see because he comes across as arrogant and self-absorbed, since he is very quick to brag about himself and he often cannot help but be greedy, selfish and a bit of a glutton. It took him some time to convince Taiki that he wanted the title of Digimon King for any reason other than vanity, and it took him even longer to truly understand the responsibilities that would come with being Digimon King and that it would take more than just beating things over the head with his microphone.
